The assistant does more than write posts. It tells you what to shoot, and in what order.

A strategy built on research into your field, a weekly plan that fills itself in, and every post finished: text built for the format, hashtags, an image, and a shot-by-shot storyboard.

Free: a project, the questionnaire and a strategy preview. No card required.

Instagram stories · 4 frames

    Something to press

Poll: coming this morning / coming tonight

An example: stories for a coffee shop. This is how stories, Reels and TikTok videos arrive — the shot on one track, the words on the other, and something to press at the end. Rewrite any frame, or add your own.

Four platforms, six different formats

The assistant runs a separate prompt for every platform-and-format pair. An Instagram caption, a Telegram letter and a LinkedIn post are written by different people, at different lengths, with different rules about hashtags.

  • Instagram

    Post, Reels, Stories

Five hashtags at most, and the first 125 characters decide everything.

  • TikTok

    Video

A hundred to a hundred and fifty spoken words, hook in the first shot.

  • Telegram

    Post

A letter of a thousand characters, almost no hashtags.

  • LinkedIn

    Post

First-person expertise, none of the feed-bait openings.

The strategy comes first. Everything else follows.

The assistant asks 33 questions about the business — product, goals, audience, brand, channels, content, competitors, KPIs. You can go back to any of them.

Written from your answers in about a minute: positioning, audience segments with their pains and the content that answers each one, and a rubricator.

With a plan

The full strategy, researched

The assistant goes through open sources — your field, your competitors, how the platforms currently distribute content. A few minutes, sometimes half an hour. You can close the page.

What the full strategy carries

  • Competitors: what they publish, where the gaps are, which gap is yours
  • Tone of voice with sample posts, and the topics that never come up
  • Visual style: typefaces, colours, what to lean on and what to avoid
  • A rubricator with content shares and topics under each rubric
  • Platforms: posts and stories a week, and how the algorithm behaves
  • What you sell — a list you edit by hand
  • A first-month action plan and KPIs with numbers for your field
  • The research report, with its sources, kept in the project

The week plans itself

You say once when to plan and which days each format goes out on. After that the seven-day grid appears without you — and the posts in it start being written.

What is left on the counter — a photo at 6pm

The same coffee shop. The assistant plans the week on your day and at your hour, from the rubricator and the calendar in the strategy.

  • A calendar by month or by week
  • A post outside the plan, on any day to the end of the month
  • Finish the week, if anything was left unwritten
  • Write it again, as many times as it takes

What arrives with every post

  • Text built for the format

Length, structure and hashtags follow the rules of this platform-and-format pair. Plus the title the post is known by on the calendar.

  • An image — or a description of your own photo

Where the format carries a picture, the assistant first writes what should be in it. Edit that description and draw it — or shoot your own from the "what to photograph" note.

  • A storyboard

Reels, TikTok videos and stories arrive as frames: what is in the shot, what is said or written on screen, what to press. Add frames, remove frames.

  • Edits and states

Draft, approved, published. The text is edited on the page itself, copied with one button, and the image downloads as a file.

How it starts

The stamps are how long a step takes, not an hour on a calendar. Only one of them is long — the research, and it runs without you.

  1. A MINUTE

    The project

A brand name, a description, and the platforms it runs.

  2. 15 MINUTES

    33 questions

Nine blocks about the business. Answers save as you go.

  3. A MINUTE

    Strategy preview

Free, from your answers. A plan comes next.

  4. UP TO HALF AN HOUR

    Research

The assistant studies the field and the competitors, and finishes the strategy.

  5. ONE REVIEW

    Settings

The strategy suggests the publishing days. Confirm them and the first plan is written straight away.

  6. EVERY WEEK

    Plans and posts

From then on the assistant plans on its own, on your day, hour and time zone.

Why not just a chat window

A chat starts from a blank page every time
The assistant remembers the strategy, the rubricator and the tone of voice
A chat writes the text once you have thought of the topic
The assistant decides what goes out on Tuesday
A chat hands you a script as one block of prose
The assistant hands it over as frames: the shot apart from the words
A chat knows nothing about your field
The assistant researched your competitors before writing a line

Plans

A credit is a cent of what generating really costs. A post is 3–7 credits, an image about 4, a full strategy 45–135. What comes off the balance is what the generation actually cost.
