Questions and answers

How it all works here: from a first project to plans and deleting an account.

Getting started

  • What does the assistant do, and what is left to me?

The assistant researches your brand’s field, writes an SMM strategy, plans the content every week and writes each post for its format: text with hashtags, or a shot-by-shot storyboard — and, where the format carries a picture, an image as well.

What is left to you is the part that takes a person: telling it about the business, reading what it wrote, shooting the video from the storyboard, and posting the finished piece on your own social accounts.

  • What are the steps to my first posts?

Only one of them is long — the research — and it runs without you.

    1. Create a project: a brand name, a description, and the platforms it runs.
    2. Answer the questions about the business. They save as you go, so you can stop and come back.
    3. Read the strategy preview — written from your answers in under a minute, free.
    4. Choose a plan and start the full strategy. The assistant studies the field and the competitors: a few minutes to half an hour, and you can close the page.
    5. Check and confirm the settings: which days each format goes out, and when the week gets planned.
    6. From there the calendar fills itself in: the first plan is written as soon as you confirm, the next ones every week on the day you chose.
  • What is a project?

A project is one brand: its own voice, its own platforms, its own strategy and its own week of content. Not a single post, and not a single social account.

If you run several brands — for different clients, say — each one needs a project of its own.

  • What is free, and what comes with a plan?

Free: one project, every question about the business, and a strategy preview — positioning, audience segments, a rubricator and a tone of voice with sample posts. No card required.

With any paid plan: research into your field, the full strategy, weekly plans and posts. Images for posts come with Standard and above; platforms other than Instagram, and more than one project, with Pro and Business.

The free credits are given once, to try the product with. They do not come back.

    Plans

  • What language does the assistant write in?

The one the interface was in when you started the strategy — English or Ukrainian. That language stays with the project: the strategy, the plans and the posts are all written in it.

The language switch in the header changes the interface only. It does not touch the content of a project that already has a strategy.

You can answer the questions about the business in any language.

Projects and the questionnaire

  • How many projects can I create?

One — on the free tier, on Basic and on Standard. Up to 3 on Pro. As many as you like on Business.

Once the limit is reached, “Create a project” is disabled. The projects you have keep working — even if you moved to a plan with a lower limit: you just cannot start another.

  • Can I change a project’s name or platforms?

No. The name, the description and the platforms are set when the project is created, and cannot be changed afterwards.

If you need different platforms or a different name, create a new project. On a plan with one project you will have to delete the old one first — along with everything the assistant made for it.

  • How many questions are there, and can I skip any?

About thirty — on the product, the goals, the audience, the brand, the channels, the content, the competitors and the KPIs. Usually fifteen minutes or so.

A question cannot be skipped: the assistant writes the strategy from these answers, and a gap in them becomes a gap in it. But every answer saves as you go — you can close the page and carry on from the same question.

  • Can I correct my answers?

While the questionnaire is open — yes: with “Back”, or through the “All questions” list, which opens any question you have already reached.

After “Finish” there is no way back into the questionnaire, so read your answers over before pressing it. They are kept, and they are what the strategy is written from.

  • I already have a strategy. Can I upload it?

Yes, with any paid plan. The questions screen has an “I already have a strategy” button: the assistant reads your PDF, puts it into its own structure without rewriting a word, and plans from it — no questionnaire, no research.

You can add a CSV of the content plan the brand has been running: the assistant learns how the content has been built so far and keeps writing that way. The file size limits are stated on the upload screen.

Mind that the questionnaire is skipped, and anything you have already answered in it is removed.

  • How do I delete a project?

On the account page, with the delete control on the project’s card. To confirm, you type the project’s name.

The project goes, and everything the assistant made for it goes with it: the strategy, the plans, the posts and the images. This cannot be undone.

Strategy

  • How is the preview different from the full strategy?

The preview is the opening of a strategy, written from your answers alone: positioning, audience segments, a rubricator and a tone of voice with sample posts. It is free, and ready in under a minute.

The full strategy adds the part that cannot be written from a questionnaire. The assistant goes through open sources — the market, the competitors, how the platforms’ algorithms currently behave — and builds the rest of the document on what it finds: competitors and your openings, the publishing calendar, the list of what you sell, visual style, an action plan and KPIs.

And the point of all of it: the preview shows your voice in a few sample posts, but only with the full strategy does the assistant start planning weeks and writing the posts in them.

  • How long does a strategy take, and can I close the page?

The preview — under a minute. The full strategy — a few minutes to half an hour; researching the field is the long part.

You can close the page. The strategy, the plans, the posts and the images are all made on the server and do not depend on an open tab. When you come back, whatever is finished will be there, and the strip at the top of the project says what the assistant is busy with.

  • Can I edit the strategy?

One block is edited by hand — “What we sell”: the list of your products, services and lines of work. It is also the one that matters most day to day: the assistant plans the week and writes the posts from this list, and anything missing from it is something nothing gets written about.

The rest of the strategy — positioning, audience, tone of voice, rubricator — was written by the assistant and is not edited by hand.

  • The strategy did not come through. What now?

Press “Try again” on the project page. Your questionnaire answers are saved — there is nothing to fill in twice.

If the page says there were not enough credits, trying again will work once there are: with a new plan, or after the subscription renews.

If it was an uploaded PDF that could not be read, check that it is the strategy itself, and upload it again.

The plan and the calendar

  • Why did the settings open after the strategy, and not the calendar?

The strategy suggests which days each format goes out on, but the decision is yours. Until the settings are confirmed the assistant plans nothing — which is why the project takes you to that page.

Check the days, choose when the week gets planned, and press “Confirm settings”. It is done once: after that the project opens on its calendar, and the first plan — the rest of this week, and the whole of the next — is written straight away.

  • How and when is the week planned?

Once a week — on the day, at the hour and in the time zone you chose in the project settings — the assistant plans the next seven days from the rubricator and the calendar in the strategy. The posts start being written straight after.

A week with no plan can also be planned by hand, with “Plan this week” on the calendar. The assistant plans one week ahead, no further.

  • Why did this week not change after I changed the publishing days?

The settings apply to weeks that have not been planned yet. A week that already has a plan stays as it was planned: it may hold posts you have already approved or published.

The next plan will be made on the new days. And a post can be added to the current week by hand, on the day you need.

  • What do “Posts not written”, “Planning failed” and “Nothing goes out this week” mean?

“Posts not written” — the week has a plan, but some of its posts did not get written. “Finish this week” writes only what is missing.

“Planning failed” — try again with “Plan this week”. If the note beside it says there were not enough credits, there have to be credits first.

“Nothing goes out this week” — no publishing days are chosen in the project settings.

  • Can I add a post that is not in the plan?

Yes: the day page has an “Add a post” button. You choose the platform and the format and say what the post is and what it has to do — and the assistant writes it, like any other.

A post can be added on any day from today to the end of this month.

  • Why is “today” on the calendar not my today?

Every date in a project is reckoned in the time zone from its settings: which cell is today, which week has gone by, when the week gets planned. If you are in a different zone from the brand, the day on the calendar may differ from yours.

Posts, images, storyboards

  • What arrives with every post?

It depends on the format. A post for Instagram, Telegram or LinkedIn is finished text built to that platform’s rules, with hashtags. Reels, Stories and TikTok videos arrive as a storyboard: what is in the shot, what is on screen, and what to press.

On posts that carry a picture the assistant adds a “What to photograph” note — an idea for a photo of your own. And on Standard and above it can draw the image itself.

  • Can I edit the text, and what does “Write again” do?

The text, the hashtags and the storyboard frames are edited right on the day page — remember to press “Save”.

“Write again” writes the post afresh from its title and brief. The current text goes, your edits with it, and the “Approved” mark comes off.

For the new version to come out different, change the title or the brief first — the pencil beside each: they are the task the assistant writes from.

  • How do I get an image for a post?

Images come with Standard and above, and only for formats that carry a picture: posts, not Reels, Stories or video.

An image is never drawn on its own. Press “Add an image” and the assistant first writes what should be in it. Read the description, change it if you like, and press “Draw it”: a sentence is cheaper to fix than a picture is to redraw.

The finished image downloads as a file, with “Download”.

  • What are “Photos to draw from” for?

So that the picture shows your product or your look rather than an invented one. A post takes up to 3 photos of your own, and you say what they are for: “The thing itself” — what is in them goes in the frame, as it is; “The look” — only the light, the colours and the mood are taken from them.

The photos are removed once the picture is drawn.

  • How do I publish a post, and what do “Draft”, “Approved” and “Published” mean?

Copy the text with “Copy”, download the image if there is one, and post it on your own social account. Then come back and press “Mark as published” — that is how the calendar shows what has gone out and what has not.

The states are your own marks. A new post is a “Draft”. “Approve” says you have read it and it is ready. “Published” says it has gone out; on the calendar such a post gets a tick.

Credits and plans

  • What is a credit, and what do things cost?

A credit is the unit the assistant’s work is counted in. Credits are spent on everything it generates: a strategy, a week’s plan, a post, an image.

What each of those costs on your plan is shown on the account page, under “What is left”. The figures there are estimates: a longer post or a bigger strategy takes a few more credits, a shorter one a few less.

Posts, Reels, Stories and video all cost the same. On plans where posts are written by the best model, the same post costs more credits.

    The account page

  • When do credits come back, and do unused ones carry over?

With every renewal of the subscription — on the day it renews, not on the first of the month. The date is under “Subscription” on the account page.

Unused credits do not carry over: at renewal the balance goes back to the plan’s monthly amount.

The free credits are given once and do not come back.

  • What happens when the credits run out?

The assistant stops generating anything new: an action there are not enough credits for answers “Not enough credits for this.” Everything already written and drawn stays where it is, to read, edit and publish.

Credits arrive with the next renewal — or at once, on moving to a higher plan.

  • Are credits taken when a generation fails?

If a generation fails because of a fault — the model never answered, the service was overloaded, the connection dropped — no credits are taken.

There is one exception: an answer arrived, and turned out to be unusable. That generation is charged, even though the post is marked as failed.

  • How do the plans differ?

In the credits a month, the number of projects, the platforms, the model that writes the posts, and whether images are included.

Basic — one project on Instagram, a simpler model for posts, no images. Standard — the same one project on Instagram, but the posts are written by the best model and images arrive. Pro — up to 3 projects and every platform. Business — as many projects as you like, and the most credits.

Prices and credits are under “Plans” on the front page and under “Subscription” on the account page.

    Plans

  • How do I change plan or cancel? Do I get my money back?

All of it is done with “Manage subscription” on the account page: it opens Stripe’s portal, where you can change the plan or the card, or cancel.

Moving up a plan gives you its credits at once. Moving down lowers the monthly amount at once too, and what has been spent stays spent.

After cancelling, the plan and its credits run to the end of the period you paid for, and then the account is free again. Your projects and everything written stay.

The unused part of a paid period is not refunded. Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of the first payment — how is set out in the Terms of Service.

    Terms of Service

  • A payment did not go through. What now?

Stripe will try the payment again. You can check or change the card with “Manage subscription” on the account page.

Until the payment goes through, paid features may be suspended. Everything written stays where it is, and the plan picks up again as soon as the payment does.

Account and data

  • Can I sign in without Google, or change my email?

Sign-in is through Google only: there is no separate password here. The account’s address is your Google account’s address, and it cannot be changed here.

  • Who owns what the assistant makes, and are models trained on it?

You do. The material the assistant produces to your brief is yours — use it as you like, commercially included.

The text and the images are generated by OpenAI through its API. Under its terms your data is not used to train its models; requests are held by OpenAI for a limited time, for abuse monitoring, and then deleted. The periods are in the Privacy Policy.

The assistant is a language model and gets facts and figures wrong, so read what it wrote before you publish it.

    Privacy Policy

  • How do I delete my account, and what goes with it?

At the foot of the account page, under “Delete your account”. To confirm, you type the email address you signed in with.

Everything goes: projects, strategies, plans and posts — immediately, and for good. The subscription is cancelled the same moment, and the days left in the period you paid for are not refunded. Invoices for months already paid stay with Stripe: bookkeeping law requires them to be kept.
